Welcome to MoveMe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern:

the use of MoveMe mobile application (the "App") operated by SimplayFun OU. ("we", "us", or "our"), and

any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner
in a legally binding way. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.
The User must read this document carefully.
The Owner offers Products through the App Store. Although the entire contractual relationship relating to these Products is entered into solely by the Owner and Users, Users acknowledge and agree that Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.
By using the service, you promise us that (i) you have read, understand and agree to these Terms and the data processing described, and (ii) you are over 14 years of age. If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Service. In such case, you must (a) delete your account and contact us and request deletion of your data; (b) cancel any subscriptions using the functionality provided by Apple (if you are using iOS) or Google (if you are using Android), any other app stores that may be available from time to time, or by us if you purchased it directly from our websites; and (c) delete the App from your devices.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Use of the App
a. The App is designed to assist in creating, editing and saving video content.
b. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MoveMe, a MoveMe employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of the App and/or the Service violates no applicable law, regulations or third-party rights.
3. Content on MoveMe
Unless where otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on MoveMe is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors.
The Owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on MoveMe infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result.
In such cases, without prejudice to any legal prerogatives of Users to enforce their rights, Users are kindly asked to preferably report related complaints using the contact details provided in this document.
3.1 Intellectual property rights
The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any such content.
Users may not therefore use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the Service.
In particular, but without limitation, Users may not copy, download, share (beyond the limits set forth below), modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer/assign to third parties or create derivative works from the content available on MoveMe, nor allow any third party to do so through the User or their device, even without the User's knowledge.
Where explicitly stated on MoveMe, the User may download, copy and/or share some content available through MoveMe for its sole personal and non-commercial use and provided that the copyright attributions and all the other attributions requested by the Owner are correctly implemented.
Any applicable statutory limitation or exception to copyright shall stay unaffected.
4. Account Registration
a. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.
Personal data we collect from you
We might collect personal data about you when you interact with the Services. This can be directly from you or from other sources and third parties.
Our app includes third-party advertising provided by Meta (Facebook) Ads. By using our app, you agree that Meta may process data as described in its Privacy Policy. You may manage your ad preferences through your Facebook account settings or opt out via your device settings.

General information: When you sign up to use the Services, we may collect personal data such as your, email address, password, place of residence and location information including time zone and language. We may be able to infer your sex and/or gender by your use of the Services.
5. How we use your personal data
Depending on which features of the Services you use, we will process your personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases (we have included some examples):
Your consent: you can give us permission to process your personal data to provide the Services.
To fulfill our contractual obligations to you in order to provide the Services to you: we may process your personal data to fulfill our contractual obligation to you for activities such as management of your MoveMe account and other administrative purposes.
Legitimate interest: we may process your personal data based on our legitimate interests in order to manage our Services better. For example, we may use your personal data in order to:
identify and fix bugs;
determine genuine user interaction with the Services (rather than bots);
monitor the App and analyze its performance and reliability;
inform you of matters concerning your subscriptions;
conduct vulnerability scanning to protect the security of the Services; and
review aggregated App usage trends.
Further examples of our legitimate interests are outlined in the table below. When relying on this legal basis, we first determine that we have a legitimate interest in conducting and managing our business. We then consider and balance potential impacts to you and your rights, to ensure that our interests do not override them.
Legal obligation: We may be obligated to process some of your personal data to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Apps and Websites may contain links to third-party websites, apps, plug-ins and other services. If you choose to use these sites or features, you may disclose your information not just to those third-parties, but also to their users and the public more generally depending on how their services function. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third party websites or services. The collection, use and disclosure of your information will be subject to the privacy policies of the third party websites or services, and not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every site you visit
